Participation in the presentation of the Umekita project

Consul General of Italy in Osaka Marco Prencipe participated in a presentation organized by OBIC (Osaka Business and Investments Centre) related to the Umekita project, aimed at transforming Umeda into a state-of-the-art hub involving the construction of a new railway station, shopping malls, event venues and tourist facilities. The project is part of a series of infrastructure improvement initiatives in Osaka, already designated as a “Super City” or among the strategic cities in Japan and the recipient of major investments in technology and services. The Umekita project, in the heart of Kansai’s nerve center, will be an important point in the run-up to EXPO 2025.
